In commercial kitchens each fridge, freezer or cold cabinet should have it's own temperature log/record book or folder.
Log books contain six month's supply of easy to use record sheets with a wipe clean cover.
Alternatively, temperature log/record folder are available that allow users to store records for multiple appliances.
Each log book or folder allows the user to enter three readings per day consisting of the temperature, the time and the initials of the person responsible for recording the data.
