Our Story
Founded by a career hotelier, BCS was born out of a desire to provide better service and smarter supply to the hospitality industry. With a background as Managing Director of the My Hotels group and a former board member of the British Hospitality Association’s London Committee, he understood the frustrations of unreliable suppliers—and set out to do things differently.
From our roots in Brighton’s bustling restaurant and café scene, BCS quickly expanded into schools, hospitals, and wider institutions across Sussex and London. Today, we’re proud to be part of framework agreements with TUCO and ESPO, supporting both independent businesses and major organisations with the same commitment to speed, quality, and value.
